Shipping and returns

Orders ship within three working days from Ghent, Belgium. Each piece is wrapped in paper and packed in a double-walled box; we have not had a breakage in two years, but if it happens we replace the piece at no cost.

Rates

Belgium €6, Netherlands and Germany €9, rest of the EU €14. Orders over €120 ship free.

Returns

You have 30 days to change your mind. Send the piece back unused in its packaging and we refund the full price; return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged.

Because every piece is hand-thrown, small variations in weight, glaze and colour are part of the object and not a defect.
